"Bucket Filling"To further increase the students' understanding of how the six pillars of character are integrated in everyday living and interaction with others, Falcon Academy students are encouraged to be "bucket fillers", drawn from the book, "How Full is your Bucket?" Filling the bucket of others means your actions and words are kind, caring and promote good feelings with every interaction with others.
